Week 1: Self

Connecting with your core values. Understanding values – based decision making and refining your purpose. 

Week 2: Big Picture

Planning and goalsetting. Creating a roadmap for your life. Enhance motivation, confidence and performance through strategic planning.

Week 3: Mindset

Developing specific strategies to build resilience, grit and ways to mitigate stress and burn-out.

Week 4: Nourishment

Hands on approaches and tips to fuel your body for energy and vitality. Replenish and restore. Join Lauren (virtually) in her kitchen for a cook-along. Includes recipes and strategies to be organised for yourself and your household.
